I stayed in a standard room sea view. the sea view from my room was fine! it faced directly toward the beach. i was able to see the pool area clearly. the housekeeping service was regular and effective. They always restocked the toiletries.

The facilities were very clean and easily accessible. the location was convenient. The beach was a short walk away. i found the staff very kind. They answered my questions with a smile. the varied food each night was good.
the hotel lacked toothpaste. i think toothpaste should be provided without request. this oversight was inconvenient.

the reception was Really good. Mohamed omar and abdul aziz provided excellent service. The restaurant featured a varied food selection and proper service from the waiters. Chefs eissa and karim at the beach bar provided quality service.
the gym requires a full upgrade and I had to pay for sauna access.

the restaurant included many options for both lunch and dinner. Breakfast featured a selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, allowing ample time to enjoy their meal.

my superior double room featured TWO separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room included air conditioning with individual climate control and a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and soft drinks, replenished daily.

the hotel rooms are nice and the food is great. i especially enjoyed the animation team programs (a big thank you to moataz!). the hotel is very clean. staff are very friendly and helpful. mohamed omar at reception provided great support and hospitality. the pools are very clean. the beach has super clean sand and clear blue sea.
i found that the gym was in poor condition.

The hotel is close to many shops, cafes, and restaurants. The pools and private beach were available. I enjoyed the main restaurant on the second floor. It had a nice atmosphere. The entertainment stage is on the third floor and it hosted enjoyable shows.
some music came from a venue across the street at night. i didn't mind it, but others might.
